MPointStencil (Xpos.w,Ypos.w) ; Return the status of a single pixel in a stencil. -1=Data, 0=Background

Returns True or False representing wether the colour (register number) of a
single pixel in the currently used chunky Bitmap is transparent or not, based on
the Bitmap's stencil.
